The Streamlight TLR-7 X sub Weapon Light is a subcompact weapon light purpose-built for slim carry pistols — this version (69401) fits SIG SAUER P365 / P365 XL closed rail systems. Output is 550 lumens / 5,000 candela (141 m) on the included CR123A, rising to 725 lumens / 7,700 candela (176 m) on an SL-B9 pack, with ambidextrous high/low rear paddles, safe-off, and a user-enabled strobe.
It's multi-fuel: run a CR123A primary (supplied) or the optional SL-B9 Li-Ion USB-C rechargeable pack. Anodised machined aluminium, IPX7, just 2.4–2.6 oz. Note: this fitment does not fit the P365-XMACRO — use the 1913 version with the #4 key for that.

No — the XMACRO has a 1913-style rail; use the TLR-7 X sub 1913 version (69402) with the #4 key instead.
