EOTech Vudu 1-10x28 FFP Rifle Scope Illum. SR-5 MRAD Reticle Black,
Great scope very nice clear glass, Reticle is spot on, I put it on my Tikka T1X .17Hmr. They look great together.
My order arrived very quickly and my item was more than I expected.
A terrific well engineered piece of optical equipment and exceptional value. Crystal clear glass and a sturdy design. Positive windage and elevation turrets. The Zero stop setting was a doddle to use. I replaced a NightForce NXS for it and I reckon the Athlon is a superior scope. My shooting mate tried it and agreed with me. He also owns and shoots a Nightforce but now prefers my Athlon. it was like Christmas when I opened the box. Supplied with flip up lens covers, sunshade, throw lever and 3 spare grub screws for the zero stop setting plate. A nice additional surprise. It came reasonably quickly and was well worth the wait. I don't think I can go wrong with it. Thanks Extreme Tactical
As you might expect, Leupold smash it out of the park with this scope. I wanted this to improve my CSR scores so decided a fine for reticle would do the trick. This scope has the HPR-1 reticle designed for the American Civilian Marksmanship Programme and works perfectly with the max zoom power of 4.5.
I am finding the dot (half MOA at 100yds) is actually super fine but a little hard to pick up against a very dark background, the out ring which is 8 MOA helps to centre up on target.
I'm general though, the scope is fantastic, clearly marked large turrets with three rotations of 27 MOA per revolution is plenty and given I will probably only ever need around 17 MOA for CSR, I have lots left. Easy to set up the zero stop and the focus to eye is good too.
Highly recommended for CSR shooters. Note that there is no parallax adjustmentthe parallax is set to 125yds, but as the scope is 4.5 power, you wouldn't know.
Super viewfinder. The air temperature finally allowed me to test it, first shots at the top right of the C50, first setting and I was in the visual, a little refining and I did not quit the visual. The chevron is highly useful, but the circle is ineffective on target unless reduced to the diameter of the visual. The only negative thing I have in stock is that, for the price, a turntable for piccatini rail could be provided...
