You'll see farther into the dark to positively identify a potential threat, and the EDC2-DFT also provides ample spill light for situational awareness. In addition, the EDC2-DFT offers more runtime by virtue of its more energy-dense power sources.
Constructed of lightweight aerospace aluminum, Mil-Spec hard-anodized, and O-ring sealed to keep out the elements, the body and tailcap are also knurled for a secure grip.
