Which mount should I choose?
Two-screw clamps directly to a Picatinny rail and is the most secure and the least expensive. No Clamp models are supplied bare so you can fit your own clamp, such as an ARCALOCK. The ADM lever QD versions come off the rifle in a second without tools.
V8, PSR, CAL or 5-H?
The V8 is the standard-height, general-purpose leg. PSR and PSR Tall add height for prone at distance. CAL and CAL Tall add Atlas's cant-and-lock function. The 5-H and Super CAL are the heavier models with five leg positions. Every one is listed with its full specification — check height and mount on the individual listing.
Will an Atlas fit a stalking rifle with a sling stud?
Not on its own. Atlas bipods mount to Picatinny, so a sporter with only a front stud needs a stud-to-rail adapter such as the BT81 Lil' Brandi — those are in bipod accessories.
