It is the simplest member of the AEMS CORE X2 line: no Multi-Reticle System and no solar panel, just one clean aiming dot. The gold reticle sits between red and green in the spectrum and gives strong contrast against bright, washed-out backgrounds such as chalk banks, snow and pale targets. The X2 optical system reduces parallax by up to 50% against the previous generation, and Shake Awake gives up to 50,000 hours of runtime from a single CR2032.
