The Holosun AEMS PRO X2 Green Dot Sight (AEMS-PRO-X2-GR) is a full-size, enclosed-emitter rifle green dot sight running Holosun's Multi-Reticle System — a 2 MOA green dot, a 65 MOA circle, or both together as a circle-dot — behind a 1.1 × 0.87 in (28 × 22 mm) rectangular window.
The PRO X2 optical system reduces parallax by up to 50% against the original AEMS, and a forward-facing light sensor reads the light downrange rather than at the shooter's eye, so automatic brightness settles correctly when you come out of cover into open ground. Solar Failsafe and Shake Awake back up the CR2032, and the sight ships on a lower-1/3 co-witness mount with an ARD fitted.

Yes. An ARD, or anti-reflective device, is supplied fitted to the AEMS PRO X2, along with a clear lens insert if you would rather run the sight without it. The ARD is a honeycomb filter that stops the front lens flashing sunlight back downrange.
Will the Holosun AEMS PRO X2 co-witness with AR-pattern iron sights?
Yes. The Holosun AEMS PRO X2 ships on a lower-1/3 co-witness mount, which sits the dot high enough that standard AR-height iron sights appear in the lower third of the window.
Is the Holosun AEMS PRO X2 suitable for use in British weather?
Yes. The Holosun AEMS PRO X2 has a fully enclosed emitter and a 7075-T6 aluminium housing rated IP67, so rain, mud and dust cannot reach the emitter and interrupt the reticle.
