How It Compares
The German #4 is the traditional European stalking pattern: three heavy posts from the left, right and bottom, the top of the picture left clear, and a green dot where the fine lines meet. It finds the aiming point faster than a four-bar duplex in failing light. On the same body the standard duplex with a green dot is the four-post alternative and the circle-cross with a green dot is quicker again at close range.
