This is the MIL-Dot reticle in the 2.5-10x56 family: mil-spaced dots along the crosshair for ranging and holding, where the plain standard duplex with an amber dot gives you nothing but the dot. The same MIL-Dot pattern with a green dot is the green dot MIL-Dot, and the fast low-light option is the amber triangle post.
