The Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Rifle Scope Crosshair .223 LED Red Reticle (SKU TA02) is the LED version of the 4x32 ACOG: the same fixed 4x prism body and etched .223/5.56 bullet drop compensating reticle, but lit by a battery-powered LED with six brightness settings rather than by fibre optics and tritium.
How It Compares
Most ACOGs are battery-free. This one trades that for control: a single AA battery drives the LED for more than 12,000 hours on setting 4, and you set the brightness rather than letting daylight set it. The reticle here is the crosshair, the plainest of the 4x32 patterns and the easiest to shoot precisely; the same LED scope with the horseshoe/dot reticle is the faster shape for close work.
