Holosun's EPS (Enclosed Pistol Sight) family is now the default recommendation for a sealed-emitter pistol optic — but the range has grown into three distinct lines plus three emitter colours. Here's how they differ.

EPS — the full-size option
The standard EPS gives you the widest window of the family and mounts to doublestack duty and carry pistols via adapter plates — including Glock MOS and RMR-cut slides. If your pistol is a G17/G19-class gun, this is the one.
EPS Carry — for slim carry guns
The EPS Carry shrinks the housing to match narrow micro-compact slides — SIG P365, Glock 43X/48 MOS, Hellcat class. Same enclosed emitter, Shake Awake and side battery access in a body that doesn't overhang a slim slide. The RONIN EPS Carry adds the premium forged-housing treatment.
EPS CORE — the value play
The EPS CORE keeps the sealed enclosed emitter and Shake Awake but trims the spec to hit a lower price, with a 3 MOA dot or MRS reticle. Crucially it mounts directly to K/RMSc-pattern cuts — no plate needed on RMSc-cut slides. If you want enclosed reliability for the least money, start here.
Red, green or gold?
All three lines come in red (longest battery life), green (brighter to the eye in daylight — see green vs red) and Holosun's newer gold, which many astigmatic shooters find the crispest of the three.

- Slim micro-compact → EPS Carry, or RONIN EPS Carry for the premium build.
