The Atlas Bipod BT10-NC V8 No Clamp, part number BT10-NC from B&T Industries, is the standard-height Atlas V8 rifle bipod supplied with no clamp fitted. Its two-hole 17S-size pattern accepts the mount of your choosing — the BT19 Accuracy International spigot, the BT70 M-LOK adaptor or any 17S-size lever mount such as the ADM-170-S — and it keeps the V8's independent pan and cant and quick-change feet.
How It Compares
"NC" means No Clamp, and that is the whole difference: the BT10 V8 with the two-screw Picatinny clamp and the BT10-LW17 V8 with the ADM-170-S lever arrive ready to bolt or clamp on, while the BT10-NC is the one to buy if you already know which mount you want. For a heavier build, the Atlas BT46-NC PSR bipod uses the same no-clamp approach. The whole family sits in our Atlas bipod range.
Ideal For
- Accuracy International rifles running the factory spigot forend
- M-LOK handguards, mounting straight to the rail slots via the BT70 adaptor
- Long-range and PRS-style shooters building around an ARCA or lever clamp of their own choice
- Deer stalking rifles where the mount has to suit an unusual forend

Frequently Asked Questions
Which mount does the Atlas BT10-NC need?
The Atlas BT10-NC is supplied with no clamp, so it needs a mount bought separately: the BT19 Accuracy International spigot, the BT70 M-LOK adaptor, or any 17S-size lever clamp such as the American Defense ADM-170-S.
Does the Atlas BT10-NC clamp directly to a Picatinny rail?
No — on its own the BT10-NC has no clamp and cannot attach to a Picatinny rail; fit a 17S-size Picatinny mount such as the ADM-170-S to it, or choose the BT10 with the two-screw Picatinny clamp instead.
What does NC stand for on an Atlas bipod?
NC stands for No Clamp, meaning the bipod is supplied without a mount so that the buyer can fit their own; a BT10-NC is a different product from a BT10 and the two are not interchangeable once mounted.
Which feet fit the Atlas BT10-NC V8 bipod?
It takes the V8, PSR and CAL pattern Atlas quick-change feet — BT32 standard rubber feet, BT23 quick-change ski feet and BT74 Raider stainless steel cleat feet — each sold as a pair and listed in our bipod accessories.
Can the Atlas BT10-NC be made ARCA compatible?
No Atlas bipod in this range is natively ARCA-Swiss, but the BT10-NC is the easiest one to convert because it is supplied clamp-free — fit an ARCA clamp such as the Area 419 ARCALOCK clamp for Atlas bipods from our ARCA bipods and clamps collection.
What is in the box?
The box contains one Atlas BT10-NC V8 bipod with no clamp fitted, plus the 10-32 flat socket mount installation screws.
