How It Compares
Ring height is chosen by objective diameter: the barrel of the scope has to clear the rail and, on a bolt gun, the barrel itself. This Low set suits objectives up to 40 mm. Going up, the medium rings take a 44 mm objective, the high rings a 50 mm, and the extra-high rings a 56 mm. For a 34 mm tube instead, start with the 34 mm low rings.
